Greetings, and welcome to my blog!
I started this site in 2018 as a way to further my love of writing, along with my love of World of Warcraft. In fact, my nickname “aurashot” comes from my first WoW character, a Night Elf Hunter, and is the online name I mostly use today. And, even though this site is most definitely a nerdy dedication to that WoW character, I enjoy writing about any game I might be playing in the moment. Occasionally I might post about anime or other nerdy tv shows or movies if I feel the urge, but the focus here is definitely on gaming.
Please join me as I document my adventures in gaming, and encourage my readers to find that next game that resonates so deeply, they’ll talk about it to anyone who will listen (and maybe even start a blog site.) There is no greater feeling, in my opinion, than finding something that you love so much it borders on the obsessive. That feeling of exhilaration and manic motivation makes nerds who we are. I sincerely hope that I am successful in conveying my thoughts and emotions through my writing. Happy adventuring!
